An Android smartphone designed for first time users, the EasyTouch 4G’s custom designed widgets make the smartphone easier to use than most alternatives, but we feel there could have been further customisation to suit first time users. Simple but bland The EasyTouch is a little thick, but relatively comfortable to hold. It’s constructed entirely from solid feeling plastics, with a glossy, black bezel surrounding the screen and the brushed aluminium-look camera surround on the back the only real attempts to add some style. We like the removable plastic cover on the back of the EasyTouch 4G, which has an etched, grippy surface and therefore doesn’t easily slip out of your hand. The phone is a little thick, but it’s relatively comfortable to hold and use. This is important for users who may be switching to a smartphone for the first time. The screen is quite reflective and viewing angles are poor compared to more expensive phones.

On the back of phone jacks, there are usually four connections—one red, one green, one black, and one yellow. The red and green “Christmas trees” wires power the first, or primary, line in your home. The black and yellow “bumble bees” wires don’t get used unless a second line is added to your home. Adding a second line to your home is an easy task that even the least experienced do-it-yourselfer can do without costly interference from a telephone technician.
First, let’s look a few scenarios where someone may need a second line in their home: A home office may require a dedicated line for business purposes.

In accountancy, depreciation refers to two aspects of the same concept: Businesses depreciate long-term assets for both tax and accounting purposes. The former affects the balance sheet of a business or entity, and the latter affects the net income that they report. Generally the cost is allocated, as depreciation expense, among the periods in which the asset is expected to be used. This expense is recognized by businesses for financial reporting and tax purposes. Methods of computing depreciation, and the periods over which assets are depreciated, may vary between asset types within the same business and may vary for tax purposes.
These may be specified by law or accounting standards, which may vary by country. There are several standard methods of computing depreciation expense, including fixed percentage, straight line, and declining balance methods. Depreciation expense generally begins when the asset is placed in service. For example, a depreciation expense of per year for five years may be recognized for an asset costing In determining the profits net income from an activity, the receipts from the activity must be reduced by appropriate costs.

The National Broadband Network rollout racks up another milestone this week, with five million homes and businesses now able to connect to the NBN via their retail service provider of choice. The rollout certainly hasn’t gone smoothly, with some homes still stuck in broadband limbo, but it seems that the majority of Australians aren’t even interested in signing up. Tech-savvy Aussies languishing on flaky DSL might intend to jump on the NBN the day it reaches their doorstep, so it’s hard to get your head around the idea that only 2.
With the month cut-off clock ticking on your existing broadband service as soon as your neighbourhood goes Ready For Service — or less in the case of Optus cable — what are these people waiting for? For starters, the NBN doesn’t expect every premises to connect once the rollout is complete around It’s actually only expecting 75 per cent to sign up, once you allow for competition from alternative high-speed network providers, as well as those homes which choose to stick with mobile-only services and premises like holiday houses where the owners might not see the need to connect to the NBN.

Rental Property — Who pays for a new phone installation or phone line repair tenant or landlord? Many Australian renters are confused about whose responsible for payment of a new phone line and sometimes the Real Estate or landlord are very unclear or hazy on whose responsibility also. Also, just to point out. This makes absolute sense.
Always used a licensed telephone technician on rental properties who are registered as a legal entity, business or company and hold relevant insurances and an ACMA license. New phone line installation — Who pays a tenant or landlord? New phone line installation because you want your internet connection in a location for better WIFI reception? If you are wanting a new phone point installed for better WIFI reception or even for general convenience, say being in a better spot closer to your computer, in most cases the tenant will have to front the costs for this one, unless you can give a damn good excuse as to why you need the phone line installed in that particular location within your home and can convince the landlord otherwise.
Moved into a rental property and seems no phone socket in the house? Furthermore, you need to check everything about the place. When you attend a rental inspection you are not just going there to smell the breeze or picture your new 70 inch plasma in your lounge area.

A night of nightmares – psychological abuse as a child? Have been feeling quite depressed the last couple of days, as usual not the slightest idea why. Now last night I had one of the worst nights of nightmares I’ve ever had. I won’t go into all of them, suffice to say they went all night, and would continue on after I woke up. The worst one however was about my family, or more particularly my mother and an older brother; not sure which one as I have two older brothers who both appear to be competing with each other over their respective asshole-ness.
Kevin is 4 years older than me and was the one who visited at new years with his psycho son Phillip who bashed David in our own home the hearing for that’s in June. John is my oldest brother who terrified me as a child, one time chasing me with a fuckin tractor FFS. I’ve not seen him in 2 decades. My mother died when I was So anyway, from the dream I had just before that, in this dream I’d become so terrified from the previous dream I’d lost the plot and my head wasn’t presently reachable to communicate with.
In this second dream they’d put me in a small room with another on suite thing. I’d woken terrified this is all in my dream and went over to the door opening it and calling out to mum in this state to come and be with me. One of my older brothers came to the door and kicked me fair and square in the guts, shutting the door on me.
